direct farm claim from contract

Say you’re in a phat 9001% APY farm, sitting comfy eating tendies.

You go to check your latest rewards to claim, but the site is down!

Rug? Hack? OH noes

Never fear, you’re smarter than that Anon.
You don’t need a UI to claim your farm tokens like a peasant.
Pfft!

First, we want to identify the farm contract.

Load up BSCscan.com and navigate to your wallet address.

We want to scroll down to recent transfers, look for one with the token from that farm.

click the BEP-20 tab first

scroll down .. success! 4 days ago i see a claim

that address there though, that is the reward pool. i need to talk to the farm contract. So to the left of that, click the transaction ID

This is the key. Interacted With Contract is where we claim tokens

There it is.

Click on that Contract, navigate to the Contract✅

Now i need to select write contract, and connect Web3

now scroll down to 5. getAllRewards

paste in your wallet address, click Write, and approve in the Metamask popup

Note. This method has only been tested with ValueDeFi farms, but the same principle should apply to all farm contracts. Exact command to write may vary.
